In Addition to our normal terms, the following special conditions apply to the hiring of Tufloo VIP toilets:

1. A Toilet will be reserved for up to 2 weeks after a provisional booking has been made, pending return of this form
2. Cancellation of a hire following written confirmation will incur a charge of 50% of the planned hire, cancellation within 4 weeks of the planned hire will incur a charge of 100%
3. Full payment must be received 4 weeks prior to delivery
4. Charge for delivery is based on maximum one hour on site, any additional waiting time will be charged at an extra cost.
5. Toilets should be returned clean and with all rubbish removed, in the event of a toilet returned which needs cleaning a standard charge of € 200.00 will apply.
6. If our transport truck cannot access the delivery site, it is the hirers responsibility to take the toilet from the public road and place in position and return the toilet to the public road at the end of the hire period.
